he best way to truly feel the transformation within yourself is to attend workshops that consist of multiple continuous encounters.
It has been proven that to change a habit it is necessary to repeat new behavior for at least 30 days.
And the past 12 years of teaching convinced me that such workshops, where we meet once a week, for 4 to 10 weeks in a row, produce the best results – results that remain a lasting value in your life.
And the best duration of each encounter is 2 (or maximum 2.5) hours.
